Research
This department has been established in April 2020 through the initiative of PhD Dr. Mdoe from Haydom Lutheran hospital. A research team has been appointed and a cooperation with St. Walburga Hospital Nyangao has been established in this field.
In a first phase, we want to focus on quality improvement research, especially with regards to the quality of documentation in our facility.
The results shall be directly translated into Quality improvement of clinical care in our hospital.
