Organogram

The hospital organizational structure, chain of command and leadership is divided into major levels which are the Board of Trustees (BOT), Hospital Advisory Board, Director General, Directors, and Heads/In-Charges of departments and units. The Board of Trustees provides overall governance and strategic oversight, while the Hospital Advisory Board provides advice and guidance. The Director General oversees the overall management and operations of the hospital and is supported by the various Directors who manage their respective departments and functions. The Heads/In-Charges are responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of services within their respective departments and units.
