Hand-over of hospital fence and main entrance
On 15/05/2024, the hospital fence and main entrance canopy, which had been under construction since October 2023, were officially handed over by the contractor. It is the last component of our project of renovation of OPD and construction of Emergency Department. The purpose was to optimize visitors and patient flow to and out of the hospital as well as improving security and functionality.
Our architect has prepared a functional and appealing design that provides official inlet and outlet gates for ambulances with a drop off point close to the emergency department, ambulance parking area and a beautiful small garden in front of the hospital administration block. For pedestrians there are in and outlet gates under the nicely designed walking canopy/shade close to the OPD reception. Parking space is available for visitors and hospital staff outside the hospital fence.
